TruAbutment's abutments are milled following the same manufacturing techniques and standards as implants and stock abutments. TruAbutment can create complex designs using simultaneous operations and produce refined screw-holes along steep abutment post designs, such as anterior ones. The need for secondary operations is eliminated as the part comes off the machine ready to ship. The high-speed milling ensures excellent surface finishes, removing the necessity for manual polishing. Additionally, the optimal abutment surface roughness (ASR) around the sub-gingival area promotes soft-tissue adhesion while inhibiting plaque build-up.
