Modification of Terms

• Dental Valution reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website or be informed by email, and it is the customer's responsibility to review them periodically.

Acceptance

• Placing an order with Dental Valution constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Service

• Customers are responsible for the safe delivery of items to Dental Valution. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses during transit.
• Turnaround times for services vary and are subject to factors beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide timely service but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
• Dental Valution will deliver completed work only to the customer's business address.
• Dental Valution may cancel or suspend uncompleted orders in the event of customer default in payment obligations.

Warranty

• Dental Valution offers 3 year warranty on our prosthesis products for any fractures or defects that may occur as a result of the manufacturing process. 
• Dental Valution offers 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Price and Payment

• Prices for goods and services will be provided in writing and are subject to change without notice.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the price as required by law.
• Payment for goods and services provided by Dental Valution is due within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
• Prices for goods and services are specified in the invoice. Dental Valution reserves the right to change invoice prices and may charge a freight and handling fee, subject to change.
• Payment can be made using credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A credit card handling fee may apply, subject to change.
• Overdue balances may incur administration charges.

Shipping

• Flat rate of $20 will be charged for the shipping of your product.

Credit

• Dental Valution may refuse orders or withdraw credit at our discretion.

Refund

• Dental Valution does not provide refunds for goods returned due to a change of mind by the customer.

Retention of Title

• Dental Valution retains legal ownership of goods until all debts owed by the customer are fully paid. Dental Valution reserves the right to repossess goods under certain circumstances.

Account Details

• Dental Valution may request updates to account information and reserves the right to make changes to account details.

Medical Advice

• Dental Valution provides goods and services based on customer orders. Any advice provided should be considered as guidance and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Customers are responsible for their own medical decisions.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the Commonwealth of Australia.

Severance
